Return policy

Return conditions:

  • Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • The goods must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
  • The goods must be in a condition that allows us to resell them.
  • Returns must be reported in writing to info@epoque-london.com. 
  • After reporting, you have a further 30 days to return the product, provided this was reported to us within 30 days of receipt.
  • Send proof of shipping to info@epoque-london.com We cannot issue a refund without proof of shipping / shipment tracking.

ATTENTION!  Make sure that the returned items are in perfect condition and meet all conditions before sending them back to us, otherwise we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

The following goods are excluded from the right of return:

  • Ordered goods for business projects
  • Custom-made goods. Such specially ordered and/or custom-made goods cannot be returned.
  • Articles that are clearly of a personal nature.
  • Items that cannot be returned due to their nature.
  • Products such as underwear, lingerie, tights and care products are not covered by the right of return. The reason for this is hygiene. These products cannot therefore be returned and will not be processed and/or accepted.
  • Goods shipped after 30 days of receipt.

Canceling your orders:

Once you receive your order, you have 30 days to return it if you change your mind. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order once it has been placed.

Return process:

Contact us at info@epoque-london.com to request a return. Include your contact details and order number and attach clear photos or videos of any defects or damage. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

NOTES & CONDITIONS:

  • The costs for returning your order are always at the buyer/sender's own expense and risk. Return costs are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or problems during the shipping process. We reserve the right not to issue a refund.
  • We work with suppliers overseas, so your item may need to be returned overseas, including China. The return must then be made to the same overseas supplier.
  • To register a return, an email must be sent to info@epoque-london.com be sent.
  • Please make sure that the items are in perfect condition and meet all conditions before returning them.
  • The refund will be made within 14 working days of receipt of the return by the supplier.
  • Proof of shipment must be sent to us at info@epoque-london.com Preferably by replying to the previous email contact.

Return forfeit
When you have accepted a compensation instead of returning the product. You automatically forfeit your right of returning the goods against the full purchasing value. 

Shipping charges
Shipping might be free for every order, but in cases of refunds where the customer keeps the product, we can keep the shipping cost and subtract it from the refund.
