1. This return policy applies to all purchases made through our website and outlines the conditions for returning products.

2. We strive to deliver quickly your orders. However, if you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item or you don't like it, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 30 days of receipt at contact@vinylwraps.eu. We will resolve the issue quickly by sending a replacement product or arranging a refund. We will choose one of these solutions based on the nature of the problem.

3. Due to the nature of personalized products, we do not offer a cooling-off period for these items. Personalized products are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. Therefore, ensure that you select the correct options before placing your order. In the event of damage or an incorrectly delivered personalized product, our standard return policy applies as mentioned above.

4. **Refund Process:**
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will proceed with the refund within a reasonable timeframe.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

6. **Warranty:**
We offer a 30-day warranty on all our products. Therefore, you have a 30-day return period after receiving the package if there are any defects. If you notice a defect or problem with your product within this period, please contact our customer service via email (contact@vinylwraps.eu). After these 30 days, it is no longer possible to report a defect or problem.

7. Return process
The customer is fully responsible for returning the item to our factory. That means as well that they have to pay for the shipment aswell.

This return policy comes into effect from the date of publication and may be subject to change without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to stay informed about any policy changes.

8. Return requirements. The clothing are not damaged or look like they are worn. Packaging must be intact
